What To Include In A Support Request

Share only non-sensitive context:

• Your Gitghost AI account email or organization, if your company policy allows it.
• The project name.
• The action you were trying to complete.
• The exact error text shown in Gitghost AI.
• Browser and operating system.
• CLI command name, without secrets or one-time codes.
• Approximate time the issue happened.

Do Not Share

Do not include:

• Passwords.
• Personal access tokens.
• One-time CLI login codes.
• Local-agent connect codes.
• SSH private keys.
• Private repository archives.
• Customer data.
• Secret values from environment files or terminals.
